A furnished home helps the home to show better, thus helping sell the property. If the home sells within it’s first six months, we receive a “success fee”. We split rental income 50/50 for the first 6 months, at which point it moves to an 80/20 split.

For unfurnished rentals, the service and management fees are first months rent and a recurring 10% ongoing fee.
